Weichert Workforce Mobility is hiring a Mobility Advisor III - Home Sale in Houston, TX. This is a hybrid role requiring two days /week in the Houston office. The Mobility Advisor III - Home Sale delivers an exceptional and seamless relocation experience for transferring employees. This role primarily provides advanced guidance throughout the home sale and home finding processes, ensures policy compliance, manages complex transactions, and partners with clients, brokers, and suppliers to drive successful outcomes. The Advisor may also support additional move types - both domestic & international. The role serves as trusted expert who anticipates needs, resolves issues proactively, and maintains precise, timely documentation to support a smooth, worry-free mobility journey. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Customer Experience & Counseling
- Serves as the primary point of contact for customers, coordinating all phases of the relocation and delivering service in alignment with Weichert standards.
- Conducts a comprehensive needs assessment to understand customer requirements, address unique needs, and adjust guidance as circumstances change.
- Provides ongoing, proactive counseling on policy, benefits, workflow steps, timelines, and required actions.
Home Sale Program Expertise
- Supports all aspects of the home sale process, including eligibility review, broker market analysis, pricing support, listing preparation, home marketing, appraisal and inspection review, and closing coordination.
- Ensures equity calculations, documentation, and disbursements are completed accurately and in accordance with contractual terms, Weichert guidelines, and ERC standards.
- Monitors market conditions and ensures compliance with program requirements throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Home Finding & Referral Management
- Advises customers on rent versus purchase decisions and manages the home finding process to maximize referral fee opportunities.
- Ensures timely and accurate data entry and manages all related opportunities through successful completion.
- Liaises with Weichert Financial Services and Weichert Insurance if client supports.
Supplier & Partner Coordination
- Coordinates services delivered by Weichert Affiliates and external suppliers, including appraisal management, mortgage services, home inspections, move management, temporary living, destination service providers, language training, visa and immigration support, spousal/family counseling, etc.
- Ensures service partners follow required standards and support customers effectively throughout the relocation.
Issue Resolution & Exceptions Management
- Evaluates exception requests and complex situations, recommends solutions, and escalates issues when outside decision-making authority.
Financial & Cost Management
- Manages relocation costs by maximizing program benefits, controlling expenses, and ensuring compliance with contractual and policy requirements.
Quality, Documentation & Compliance
- Regularly reviews all customer satisfaction scores and takes action to drive service excellence.
- Maintains accurate, complete documentation of all conversations, correspondence, exceptions, and file activity to ensure data integrity.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: Education, Certification, and License Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Real estate license preferred
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) certification preferred
Experience
- Three (3) or more years of relevant home sale mobility experience preferred
- One (1) or more years of relevant international mobility experience preferred
- Customer service background preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Experience with Real Estate practices, financing, and disclosure
- Technically proficient across various platforms
- Strong oral and written communications skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
