As a Security Officer - Credential Verification in Winston Salem, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, where you will support access control and help maintain a professional, welcoming presence. You will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, manage visitor and badge access, and document security-related activity with clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Control entry and exit at designated access points by checking identification, verifying authorization, issuing temporary badges as directed, and maintaining visitor and vehicle logs per post orders.
• Monitor alarms, cameras, and/or access control systems, report irregular activity, and help to deter unauthorized entry, theft, and/or damage to property.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including supporting evacuations, medical response coordination, and communication with site leadership and local responders as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, and perimeter points to identify security-related concerns, report hazards and/or maintenance issues, and document observations in daily activity reports.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer Service Experience is preferred.
• Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.
• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
