Security Guard - Mobile Patrol Driver

As a Security Guard - Mobile Patrol Driver in Suwanee, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer supporting a residential community, you will complete routine vehicle and foot patrols, stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and respond to resident and guest needs with strong customer service and clear communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and/or property management by following site-specific security-related procedures, access guidelines, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout residential common areas, amenities, parking areas, and perimeter routes; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Monitor for unusual activity, unsecured doors or gates, parking and amenity rule concerns, and/or maintenance issues, and report findings to the appropriate contact per post orders.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disturbances, medical calls, and/or property damage, and request additional assistance when needed.
• Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift pass-downs, and communicate relevant security-related information to onsite contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 1+ years' armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
• Have 1+ years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
