Role Summary The Product Owner istheconnective tissue between customers and engineering. This roleis responsible fordeeply understanding customer problems, translating them into clear, testable requirements, and driving predictable delivery through disciplined backlog management and proactive risk mitigation. The PO serves as both customer-facing and engineering-facing-partnering with Product Managers to absorb voice-of-customer insights while working side-by-side with Engineering to clarify scope, remove ambiguity, reduce risk, and ensure high-quality releases. Product Owners support two Scrum teams as their standard operating model and are accountable for backlog health, sprint readiness, prioritization discipline, and delivery outcomes. This role requires strong hands-on prototyping skills, including AI-assisted prototype generation, to rapidlyvalidateconcepts and accelerate engineering clarity. Customer & Engineering Partnership
