About the role:
As a Commercial Product Manager for Debit and ATM, you will own and shape the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of critical debit and ATM capabilities that power everyday banking experiences. This role sits at the intersection of client needs, market innovation, and technology execution, giving you direct influence over how consumers access and move their money.

You will partner closely with engineering, operations, client-facing teams, and external stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable debit and ATM solutions. About the team:
You'll join a collaborative, forward-thinking product organization focused on delivering high-value debit and ATM solutions across the payments ecosystem. The team works closely with technology, operations, and business partners to continuously improve product performance, resilience, and client satisfaction.

What youwillbe doing:

  • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Debit and ATM capabilities, aligning business objectives, client needs, and market trends.
  • Gather and prioritize requirements by partnering with clients, internal stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure solutions deliver measurable value.
  • Translate market insights, client feedback, and regulatory requirements into clear product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with technology and operations teams to drive end-to-end product delivery, ensuring quality, performance, and system availability.
  • Define and communicate the business case for product initiatives, clearly articulating the value, trade-offs, and expected outcomes.
  • Monitor product performance through KPIs and metrics, identifying opportunities to improve reliability, efficiency, and user experience.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, network capabilities, and alternative payment credentials to inform future debit and ATM enhancements.
  • Act as a product evangelist, ensuring teams understand the why behind priorities and decisions, and how they connect to client and business value.

What you will need:

  • Strong expertise in Debit and ATM processing, including settlement and operational flows.
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally with technology, operations, value-added services, and business partners to deliver complex products.
  • Ability to think end-to-end across systems and customer journeys, balancing short-term delivery with long-term product evolution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex concepts into clear product decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Experience modernizing legacy debit or ATM platforms or supporting next-generation payment initiatives.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, from delivery teams to senior leadership and clients.
  • Comfort influencing without authority and driving alignment across diverse teams.

The pay range for this full-time position is $0.00 - $999,999,999.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
