We are entering an exciting phase of growth. We work hard and play hard. We love our customers, we innovate with purpose, and we won't stop until we've delighted every client across the diverse ecosystem we serve.

About This role

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help design, build, and scale a robust, high-performing platform that supports our growing product ecosystem. In this role, you'll work closely with experienced engineers and passionate leaders to solve complex technical problems and deliver reliable, scalable software.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys owning solutions end to end-from design and implementation through deployment and support-while thinking deeply about performance, reliability, and long-term maintainability.

What you'll do

  • Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain software across multiple technology stacks

  • Take ownership of features and services, from technical design through production support

  • Contribute to architectural decisions and help shape the technical direction of products and platforms

  • Build scalable, cloud-first solutions with a strong focus on performance and reliability

  • Leverage CI/CD pipelines and SRE practices to improve automation, observability, and system resilience

  • Partner with infrastructure and cross-functional teams to address technical debt, system upgrades, and modernization efforts

  • Anticipate failure scenarios and design systems with long-term scalability and resilience in mind

  • Stay current with industry trends and evaluate new tools, frameworks, and technologies

  • Mentor and support junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, pairing, and knowledge sharing

  • Collaborate with leadership to align technical execution with delivery commitments

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years of experience building and supporting large-scale, distributed systems

  • Strong hands-on development experience across multiple languages and frameworks, including:

    • PHP (Laravel, Symfony, or similar)

    • Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI, or similar)

    • JavaScript/TypeScript (React, Node.js, Vue, or Angular)

    • Experience with additional languages (Java, Go, Ruby, C#, etc.) is a plus

  • Solid database experience with both relational and NoSQL technologies:

    • MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server

    • Redis, DynamoDB

    • Performance tuning and query optimization

  • Experience building and consuming APIs (REST, GraphQL, gRPC)

  • Familiarity with microservices and event-driven architectures

  • Cloud experience, preferably within the AWS ecosystem (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, ECS/EKS)

  • Exposure to CI/CD and SRE practices, including:

    • Build and deployment automation

    • Monitoring and observability tools (CloudWatch, Datadog, etc.)

    • Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

  • A thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to system design and problem solving

  • Strong collaboration skills and a willingness to mentor others

Nice to have

  • Mobile development experience (iOS/Android, React Native, Flutter)

  • Experience leading projects or influencing technical direction across teams

  • Prior exposure to people leadership or mentoring at scale

Why you'll love working here

  • Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits

  • Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance for you and your family

  • 401(k) savings plan

  • Meaningful work on a product that scales

  • A collaborative team that values quality, ownership, and continuous improvement

Bonus:Performance-based

Benefits Include:
