Experience with process data flows (e.g., inventory for OT/ICU supplies, project accounting for expansions) and regulatory localizations.

Proven work in onshore/offshore models, Agile/Scrum, and performance tuning for large-scale ERP.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor s/Master s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related; Microsoft certifications (MB-300, MB-500, MB-700) preferred.

Expertise in X++, Visual Studio, LCS, Azure DevOps, Power Platform, SQL optimization, and D365 extensibility (plug-ins, chain-of-command).

Strong knowledge of D365 F&O modules: Finance (GL/AP/AR), SCM (Procurement/Inventory), with healthcare process understanding.

Proficiency in Azure services, data entities, SSRS/Power BI reporting, and security/performance best practices.

Excellent English communication for global teams; ability to handle C-suite demos and workshops across USA/India time zones.

Behavioral Competencies

Proactive problem-solver with strong ownership of technical delivery under tight healthcare deadlines.

Collaborative team player adept at mentoring across cultures and driving quality in distributed teams.
