OVERVIEW Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care by assessing patients, administering medications and treatments, and collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to support safe, high-quality outcomes. This role develops individualized care plans, educates patients and families, uses clinical expertise and critical thinking to promote patient safety, and participates in quality improvement and professional nursing practice initiatives. Schedule: 32-hours per week Pay Range: $34.45 - $51.68/hr ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE Graduate of an accredited nursing program. ADN required upon hire, BSN preferred. May require specific years of applicable experience to qualify (per department guidelines) CERTIFICATION or LICENSURE Licensed as an RN in state of practice Approved CPR/BLS certification required within 90 days Other certification(s) per unit requirements.
