Hexcel is currently seeking a Supply Chain Systems Manager for our US locations. Position could be located in Pottsville, PA, Casa Grande, AZ, or Salt Lake City, UT.

Note: All Hexcel locations will be considered for this role.

The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:

  • Develop and maintain analytics for global Demand SIOP, including marketforecast vs. demandplan comparisons and identification of dependent/independent demand drivers.
  • Analyze forecast accuracy, bias, volatility, and plan stability across global, regional, and productfamily levels.
  • Support scenario modeling (volume shifts, constraints, upside/downside) and highlight risks/opportunities ahead of SIOP reviews.
  • Build and maintain unified roughcut capacity planning (RCCP) models for machinery and labor with clear constraint visibility.
  • Create and automate tools to detect and correct demand imbalances and to streamline basecase machinery/manpower modeling.
  • Develop DOC/DORbased inventory modeling and analyze inventory health metrics (DOC, DOH, turns, safety stock, E&O).
  • Drive improvements in cash, service levels, and working capital, and support regional/productfamily inventory policy adherence.
  • Collaborate with Finance/Engineering on GaptoEntitlement analysis to uncover hidden factory costs and enhance STRAP modeling for sourcing, capacity shifts, and inventory placement.
  • Serve as D365 SME-support CRPs/GoLive, migrate reporting/Power BI assets, validate data, train users, and improve data quality and master data governance.
  • Extract/analyze data from ERP, Demand Management, Quintiq, and MES; conduct adhoc analyses; identify optimization and costsaving opportunities using statistical methods; and build business cases with Supply Chain leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information management, math, statistics, or similar field required
  • 7-10 years of relevant work experience in IT, Operations or Supply Chain required.
  • Experience in data mining, analysis, and reporting. Comfortable statistical analysis and the use of complex data models.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with SQL, Power BI, MS Office Tools and Power Query required.
  • Results-oriented with demonstrated ability to meet deliverables and timelines.
  • Willing and able to travel 25% of the time.
  • Project Management principles, including KPI utilizations and performance tracking.
  • Strong IT and ERP systems knowledge, to support data mining and interrogation.
  • Aware of Supply Chain principles in a complex manufacturing environment.
  • Manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of AX2012 and/or D365 database structure preferred.
