Director of Data Architecture AllHealth Network is seeking a talented Director of Data Architecture to join our leadership team. Job Description: The Director of Clinical Analytics is responsible for directing a team of clinical analysts who are responsible for analyzing clinical data, identifying trends and insights, and providing actionable recommendations to the clinical teams. The Director of Data Architecture will work closely with IT, clinical teams, clinical data analysts, and other stakeholders to develop evidence-based best practices that optimize patient outcomes and clinical organizational efficiency.
- Develop and implement clinical data collection and analysis strategies, including identifying relevant metrics and performance indicators.
- Conduct complex analyses of clinical data, including statistical modeling and data visualization, to identify patterns and trends and develop actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the organization's clinical operations, patient populations, and the healthcare environment to inform analysis and recommendations.
- Analyze and interpret clinical data using statistical software and other tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform clinical decision-making, quality improvement initiatives, and organizational strategy.
- Manage a team of clinical data analysts to support clinical data collection, analysis, and reporting and to create innovative and effective solutions for clinical data users.
- Develop and maintain a strategic plan for clinical data user experience that aligns with organizational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clinicians and IT staff, to identify user requirements and design data experiences that meet their needs.
- Monitor and report on user experience metrics, including user satisfaction, adoption rates, and usability, and use this information to make data-driven decisions about changes to the data experience.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in data experience design and incorporate best practices into the organization's approach.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by leading user research, usability testing, and design reviews.
- Lead the design and development of a user-centered clinical data platform (dashboards) that supports the needs of clinicians, patients, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to leadership, clinical staff, and other stakeholders.
- Stay current on the latest trends and innovations in clinical data analysis and apply this knowledge to continually improve our organization's practices and processes.
- Responsible for regulatory, State, contractual and grant reporting
- Follow all AllHealth Network policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as required within the scope of the position and the employee's experience, education and ability.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, health informatics, public health, or a related field, Master's preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical data analysis role in a healthcare setting
- Strong analytical skills, including experience with statistical analysis software and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clinical and administrative leaders across the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and initiatives to successful completion.
- Knowledge of healthcare quality improvement principles and processes.

Location: Englewood, CO Hybrid available Pay: $140,000-$150,000
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the AllHealth Network salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, and the ability to embody the AllHealth Network mission and values. The range listed is just one component of AllHealth Networks' total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term and long-term incentives as well as a generous benefits package detailed below.
