You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and provide strong customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a financial services setting.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations, notifying appropriate contacts, and assisting with scene control as directed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility and perimeter, including monitoring access points, checking doors and common areas, and noting unusual activity that may help to deter unwanted behavior.
• Monitor alarm panels, cameras, and other monitoring systems when assigned, and communicate findings to site leadership and/or emergency services as needed.
• Complete routine reports, incident documentation, and shift turnover communications, and assist with customer inquiries and directions while maintaining professional conduct.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using computer or tablet preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
