As an Allied Universal Security Officer supporting a leading tech and communications location, you will manage access control and badging, greet employees and visitors, and help maintain a smooth entry experience. You will conduct routine patrols, stay highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and communicate clearly with site teams. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and contractors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Operate access control points by checking identification, verifying authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and directing guests to designated check-in areas.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, report suspicious behavior or policy violations, and document access events in logs and/or reporting systems per site requirements.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications and assisting with evacuation and/or shelter instructions as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance or security-related concerns. Working environments and conditions may vary by site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer Service Experience - preferred.
• Access Control/Badge Experience - preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
