As a Security Guard - Armed Patrol in Oklahoma City, OK, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and remain highly visible to help discourage security-related incidents. You will respond to concerns, document activities, and communicate clearly with staff and visitors while providing outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a financial services location.
• Respond to alarms, suspicious activity, disturbances and/or critical incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying site leadership and/or law enforcement as required.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility interior, exterior, parking areas, ATM areas and perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by site.
• Monitor access points and lobby activity, assist with visitor management as directed and observe for policy violations related to restricted areas such as cash handling, vault and operations spaces.
• Complete detailed reports of incidents, patrol activity and unusual conditions, maintain radio and/or phone communications and follow all firearms handling and licensing requirements for the post.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
