As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a leading healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will support staff, patients, and visitors with strong customer service and clear communication, including responding to sensitive situations such as restrained individuals and morgue areas. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to alarms, calls for assistance, and other incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate updates to site leadership and/or public responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify conditions requiring attention.
• Control access through designated points by verifying credentials, directing foot and vehicle traffic, and assisting with visitor check-in and/or wayfinding per site policy.
• Complete detailed reports on incidents, patrol activities, and observations, and escalate concerns through the chain of command in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1+ years of security experience.
• Be able to work in a hospital environment where vaccines are present.
• Be able to work in a hospital morgue environment.
• Be able to restrain individuals.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
