Tesla isseekinga highly motivated and passionate Technical Program Manager, Technology Integration, Semi Service Programs to join the Semi Service Programs team. In this role, you will drive the execution of technologyenabled service initiatives that shape an industryleading customer experience for the Tesla Semi. You will partner closely with Engineering, IT, Service Quality, Service Operations, Finance, and other crossfunctional teams to deliver tools and processes that blend advanced technology with the realities of service operations. You will lead programs that introduce new digital capabilities, streamline service workflows, and elevate quality across technician, driver, and fleet customer experiences. This includes guiding the design, development, deployment, and adoption of diagnostic tools, repair workflows, digital service interfaces, and automation solutions that enable faster, more efficient service at scale. Position can sit in Palo Alto, CA, Sparks, NV, or Dallas, TX
What You'll Do
- Develop a deep understanding of repair workflows and technician needs to identify and prioritize highimpact improvement opportunities as the fleet scales
- Define the vision, roadmap, and timelines for technology and process improvements aligned with business priorities
- Scope, design, and deliver new tools and diagnostic features in partnership with Systems Engineering to improve infield troubleshooting and technician efficiency
- Increase field adoption of new features by establishing feedback loops, evaluating usability and reliability data, and driving continuous upstream improvements
- Establish and manage program baselines, schedules, critical paths, and technology risk areas to ensure successful execution while managing multiple priorities effectively, adapting quickly to changing conditions, and performing well under pressure
- Drive accountability for milestones, deliverables, and success criteria across all program stakeholders and coordinating closely with crossfunctional partners including production operations, engineering, finance, materials planning, and design to maintain alignment and enable smooth execution
- Support special projects and duties as needed
What You'll Bring
- Degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of combined engineering, service center experience and program/project management experience, with a track record of delivering medium to largescale technical or capital equipment projects
- Strong ability to collaborate across technical and nontechnical teams, including distributed/global stakeholders
- Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or similar platforms
- Experience leading teams in complex, dynamic environments and driving alignment across multiple workstreams and the ability to understand complex technical topics and turn key issues, risks, and decisions into clear, actionable direction
- Passion for coaching, training, and supporting teams through new processes and bestpractice adoption; strong listening and stakeholderengagement skills
- Work a normal business day on-site Mon - Fri with a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and have the ability to travel up to 25%

Expected Compensation
$96,800 - $336,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
