As a Security Officer - Patrol in Fulton, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will respond to alarms and access control activity, support visitors and site teams with strong customer service, and document activity using a computer or tablet. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff, drivers, and visitors by following site-specific security-related procedures, access control requirements, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting events and notifying site leadership and/or emergency services as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of warehouse, loading dock, trailer yard, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor inbound and outbound traffic flow at gates and dock areas, verify appointments and/or credentials as required, and help maintain orderly vehicle and pedestrian movement.
• Complete routine reports, incident logs, and shift turnover communications, and operate site systems such as radios, phones, and/or access control tools per post orders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
