Our Summer Internship Program

An internship with us gives you the opportunity to work side by side with passionate problem solvers on powerful and fulfilling work. Our collaborative culture inspires you to learn from the expertise surrounding you and to share your own knowledge and experience with colleagues. You'll be asked to speak up and challenge the status quo - you have a voice and will be encouraged to use it.

Additionally, over the summer, there will be opportunities to participate in events just for our interns: social events with other interns, career development workshops, community service projects, and networking with senior leaders - just to name a few!

This position will entail the following responsibilities as well as other responsibilities as assigned.

  • Assist with the creation of training resources and materials

  • Organize and maintain training files and documentation

  • Perform basic quality checks on training materials (formatting, links, accuracy)

  • Participate in training efforts for special projects/initiatives and handle related tasks as assigned

  • Maintain/update training surveys

  • Analyze and report survey feedback

  • Develop/maintain/refresh Deployment Solutions SyncUp page

  • Clean up TED materials in Knowledge Base

  • Participate in/design road shows to showcase progress on Dedicated Trainer Project

Along with demonstrated initiative, uncompromised integrity and a results-oriented mindset, the ideal candidate has:

  • Current pursuit of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Human Resources or Organizational Development

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • High attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Proficiency in Internet applications demonstrated knowledge with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Preferred knowledge working within Canva

  • Flexible and highly motivated

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to manage shifting priorities to meet critical deadlines

Candidates must be a minimum of a Rising Junior and currently enrolled full time in Spring/Summer or Spring/Fall '26 semesters. The Commercial Summer Intern Program runs from May 18, 2026 to August 7, 2026 and all positions will work full time (up to 40 hours per week).

The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $24-$28/hr. and will vary based on the candidate's semesters completed in school.
