What We DoThis internship is part of First American's structured program designed to provide college students with hands on experience while developing technical, professional, and interpersonal skills for long term career growth. Interns work in a corporate environment within the Financial/Title industry, supported by meaningful project work, executive level exposure, and networking opportunities, all under the guidance of a manager or mentor.
First American is seeking a forward-thinking intern to join our Strategic Initiatives Delivery team. This role is focused on the practical application of Artificial Intelligence to improve how we define and deliver the enterprise's most critical strategic work. As we work toward our 2026 North Star of becoming the organization's go-to team for strategic initiative delivery, this position will help identify, pilot, and operationalize AI solutions that improve efficiency, strengthen quality, and enhance visibility across our portfolio.
