Position Summary

The Salesforce Administrator/Analyst will lead the ongoing configuration and development of our Salesforce deployment. The candidate should have a successful record of setting up robust governance around user sharing/security, configuration of various Salesforce modules, integrations with other applications, improving processes and adoption using the Force.com platform. This position requires extensive experience with Salesforce Field Service. The administrator will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary COE team member for theSalesforce.com environment.

  • Be a valued member of the Center of Excellence to contribute to solutions and architecture.

  • Work with institutional management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative development and change management activities.

  • Work as a primary expert on Salesforce Field Service and provide direct business support

  • Manage Experience Cloud communities.

  • Work within a Kanban and Scrum deployment framework.

  • Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades.

  • Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests.

  • Join and lead business discovery sessions for new process developments.

  • Effectively act as the liaison between business users, vendors, and other application teams

  • Work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements.

Qualifications
  • Min 5-10 years of experience in Salesforce Solution Architecture, Lightning Components, Flows and all standard admin areas.

  • Should be at a master level of gathering requirements and applying cutting edge ideas and bring art of the possible to the business.

  • Strong understanding of the Force platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.

  • Strong Salesforce Field Service Experience required

  • Experience in force.com Sales, Service, and Experience cloud solution design development.

  • Able to work with business units directly to gather requirements and offer design recommendations for solutions.

  • Documentation skills are also a very big plus.

  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards

  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills

  • Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization

  • Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs

  • Requires very strong and clear communication skills.

  • Ability to assess the impact of new requirements onSalesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes
