68185 Reports to: Site Leader Shift: 6a - 2p, shift based on plant needs; 40hr/wk Rate of Pay: Based on Expereince SUMMARY The TPM Lead- FI Coordinator is the point person for the facility to the Regional CI Leader with coordination and leadership of all onsite continuous improvement projects. The role exists to support/drive the pursuit of establishing TPM as the way we run our operations. Creates a rapport with floor personnel to garner genuine Voice of the Employee (VOE) ideas for Kaizen Projects and generates enthusiasm toward engagement in projects. Provides administrative and data collection functions for plant Kaizen pre and post work, 6S, Blitz, and Process Quality initiatives and events. The TPM/CI Coordinator assists with trending and educating floor personnel on the importance of their engagement toward continuous improvement efforts and using LEAN Tools. Shares best practices.
