Position Summary: Manager III, Pharmacy Operations, is responsible for leading, motivating, guiding, and supporting the daily operational performance of a designated region of retail pharmacies. This role ensures compliance, customer service, staff development, and clinical program execution across multiple locations. The Manager III acts as a strategic and operational partner to store pharmacy teams, driving key initiatives to meet business goals, manage the full P&L, and elevate patient safety and care.
