In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining advanced test automation frameworks for mobile applications. Your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing product quality, accelerating development cycles, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across our engineering teams.

Responsibilities:



  • Develop and maintain functional test automation scripts for mobile applications using Java-based frameworks.
  • Continuously monitor, analyze, and promptly report on automation failures to ensure high-quality software releases.
  • Collaborate with leadership to research, investigate, implement, and provide training on Test-Driven Development and mobile test automation best practices.
  • Work cross-organizationally with internal and external partners to define environment requirements, identify automation tools, and execute best automation processes.
  • Champion an end-to-end testing approach across a diverse portfolio of applications.
  • Partner with geographically distributed teams to strategically plan future QA tooling and technology decisions.
  • Liaise with product teams, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters to integrate project plans, testing schedules, and metrics reporting.

Qualifications:



  • 3+ years of experience in mobile application development.
  • 4+ years of experience in building and maintaining comprehensive test automation frameworks.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience developing, executing, and maintaining automated test scripts.
  • Proficiency in Java or other object-oriented programming languages.
  • Working knowledge of industry-standard tools for logging bugs and managing test cases.
  • Proven ability to successfully manage and deliver multiple geographically distributed QA projects with concurrent releases.
  • Solid understanding of mobile development principles on iOS and/or Android devices.
  • Understanding of CI/CD practices and Lean DevOps methodologies.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications:



  • Experience with XCUI and/or Espresso, Kotlin, or Swift.
  • Prior experience in the financial or trading services industry.
