About the Role

This position involves handling increasingly difficult and complex assignments/solutions and formally supporting the Team Manager as a leader on your team. Able to work independently troubleshoot and problem-solve, except in new or unique situations that require Health Nav Team Manager intervention or guidance. You will support operational planning and act as the primary member facing contact on client accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Serving as the dedicated Health Pro communicator on client accounts and support as back-up as needed. Additionally, they are positioned in client marketing materials as the primary contact for customers.
  • Supporting the Team Manager with daily operational planning and problem-solving to ensure aligned teams meet performance, production, and quality expectations.
  • Providing leadership support for filling in for Team Manager as needed. Addressing urgent needs, attending ongoing meetings, and continuing performance conversations in manager's absence.
  • Mentoring Health Pros to improve their delivery for our clients.
  • Acting as a patient advocate daily by representing the patient from all angles of the healthcare industry.
  • Researching involves conducting provider research, producing quality care recommendations, cost comparisons, and medical bill processing analysis (see Health Pro Consultant portrait).
  • Representing Healthcare Navigation in client presentations, particularly open enrollment sessions, serving as the client population expert.
  • Initiating process improvements and the development of training content.

Requirements

  • Be a Senior Health Pro Specialist or Health Pro Consultant for at least 1 year. Be a Health Pro Specialist for at least 1.5 years.
  • 3 years' experience in a benefits-related role or Bachelor's, Associate's.
  • Able to work independently while providing support in a team environment.
  • Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possess ability and desire to learn continually in a changing environment.
  • Be a critical thinker and problem-solver.
  • Able to efficiently organize work activities to meet deadlines.
  • Able to perform well under pressure, adapt to change, and meet deadlines in dynamic and evolving environment.
  • Desire to learn continually in a changing environment.

Salary Pay Range

Minimum :

62,000.00 USD

Maximum :

67,000.00 USD
