Providence Place, a Lifespark Skilled Nursing Community, is looking for dedicated and passionate Executive Director to join our growing team. Providence Place is conveniently located on the bus route, located in southern Minneapolis in the Standish Ericcson neighborhood. Here we provide services for our seniors in a TCU (Transitional Care Unit) Care, Long-Term Care and Memory Care. We have been helping seniors Age Magnificently for over 25 years and are part of Senior Care Communities, a local non-profit supporting senior. Shifts Available: Monday - Friday, Manager on Duty Rotations Wage: $120,000-$155,000 annually, Wage is based on experience. $5,000 retention bonus paid throughout the first year of employment Are you compassionate towards others? In this position, you will lead and direct the overall operations of the facility in accordance with customer needs, government regulations, and company policy and procedure, with the focus of maintaining excellent care for the residents/tenants while achieving the facility's business objectives.
