Associate I - Cloud Infrastructure Services

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic DevOps Engineer - Fresher who is eager to learn and grow in cloud, automation, and CI/CD practices. The candidate will work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to support application deployments, automation, and infrastructure management under the guidance of senior DevOps engineers.

Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for application deployments
Support cloud infrastructure setup and monitoring (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Work with version control systems like Git and GitHub
Assist in containerization of applications using Docker
Learn and support Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or ARM templates
Monitor application and infrastructure health using basic logging and monitoring tools
Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot build and deployment issues
Document processes, configurations, and learnings
Follow DevOps best practices, security guidelines, and automation standards

Technical Skills (Required)
Basic understanding of DevOps concepts and lifecycle
Knowledge of Linux fundamentals (commands, processes, file systems)
Familiarity with Git / GitHub
Basic knowledge of CI/CD concepts (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps - any one)
Understanding of Cloud fundamentals (AWS / Azure - services like VM, Storage, Networking)
Basic scripting knowledge (any one): Shell
Python

Good to Have (Preferred)
Hands on exposure to Docker and basic container concepts
Awareness of Kubernetes (theoretical knowledge is acceptable for freshers)
Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or CloudWatch
Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodology

Educational Qualification
Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
Relevant DevOps / Cloud certifications are a plus (AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals, etc.)
