About Our Team

Our Product Assurance team (PA) is high performing and highly collaborative group. We're part of a global team in Lenovo's Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG). At a high level, we develop test cases, test plans, and execute these plans to ensure the quality and functionality of Lenovo servers - from initial design through general availability and ongoing maintenance.

What You Will Do

You will have the opportunity to connect what you have learned in your classes with real world experience by Learning about Lenovo servers and server functionality (Server OS's, networking, storage, systems Management, etc.), and developing / executing tests to ensure quality for our customers. You will collaborate with others to discover and document defects, test developments fixes, as customers on custom solutions. You'll gain valuable experience with the nuts and bolts of the product development lifecycle and data center products.

Who You Are

You definitely:

• Are working towards a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other related fields.
• Are up for a challenge, have a healthy curiosity, and a passion for learning!

It would be a plus if:

• You're knowledgeable in general Linux or other Server based Operating systems (VMWare, RedHat, SuSE, Windows Server)
• You have a background in and are comfortable with computer / server Hardware
• You have general networking experience
• You have experience scripting, or running automated tools
