MUST:

10+ years of experience in Federal Civilian capture management or related roles.

Proven track record of successfully capturing and winning contracts within Federal Civilian agencies, especially in IT services, cybersecurity, program management, and/or consulting.

Deep knowledge of the Federal procurement lifecycle, including FAR regulations and agency-specific acquisition processes.

Strong understanding of Federal Civilian agencies' missions, priorities, and challenges.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.

Proficiency in capture tools such as GovWin, Deltek, or similar platforms.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, assess trends, and make data-driven decisions.

DUTIES:

Develop and implement comprehensive capture strategies tailored to specific Federal Civilian agency opportunities.

Conduct market analysis, competitive analysis, and customer analysis to identify key opportunities and position the company as a leader in the market.

Define win themes, value propositions, and differentiators based on customer requirements and competitive landscape.

Sr. Capture Manager with extensive experience in Federal Civilian agencies to lead and manage business development efforts. Driving growth by developing and executing winning strategies to capture new business opportunities within the Federal Civilian market. This role involves working closely with business development, proposal, and operational teams to ensure a seamless transition from opportunity identification to contract execution.
