Genesis10 is currently seeking a Manual QA Analyst - Web & Mobile Applications position with a Renowned Healthcare Organization located in Rochester, MN. This position is fully remote. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity. Compensation: $40.00 per hour W2, depending on skill and experience level. Summary: The client is seeking a Software Quality Assurance Analyst to support testing efforts for web and mobile healthcare applications. This role will focus on manual testing of vendor-supported applications used in provider and patient environments. The ideal candidate will have experience developing and executing test cases, working in Agile environments, and collaborating with technical and business teams to ensure software quality and reliability. Responsibilities: Develop, document, and execute manual test cases for new and enhanced applications Perform product validation and verification testing for web and mobile applications Investigate and troubleshoot application defects and operational issues with engineering and technical teams Maintain test libraries, scripts, and documentation within test management tools Track and report quality metrics, testing progress, and defect status Participate in Agile ceremonies, project meetings, and cross-functional discussions Support testing of third-party/vended applications used within healthcare systems Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to validate system functionality Review business requirements, functional specifications, and design documents to ensure test coverage Help guide junior testers on testing processes and quality standards Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field OR Associate's degree in a related field with 2+ years of software testing experience OR 6+ years of professional experience in software development, software testing, or quality assurance Additional requirements: Experience testing web and/or mobile applications Experience testing vended/third-party software applications Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) for test management or defect tracking Experience writing and executing manual test cases Experience working within Agile and/or Waterfall development environments Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills Ability to analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and system design documents Ability to manage testing across multiple products and priorities Desired skills: Experience with Aha! product development software Experience working in healthcare or healthcare technology environments Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., Quality Center) Certification in quality or testing frameworks such as: ISTQB / CSTP ITIL ISO Service Management Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
