In the role of Project Controls Technology Manager, we'll count on you to:
Support our clients' proactive efforts related to program and project controls, including but not limited to reporting, scheduling, cost, and risk management, using tools that provide reporting and visibility. Develop and monitor project metrics, develop dashboards and collaboration sites to assist with project/program schedule monitoring and status communication to project/program management teams. Generate standard or custom reports summarizing business, financial, or economic data for review by executives, managers, clients, and other stakeholders. Maintain library of model documents, templates, or other reusable knowledge assets. Create business intelligence tools or systems, including design of related databases, spreadsheets, or outputs. Manage timely flow of business intelligence information to users. Maintain or update business intelligence tools, databases, dashboards, systems, or methods. Disseminate information regarding tools, reports, or metadata enhancements. Provide technical support for existing reports, dashboards, or other tools. Identify and analyze industry or geographic trends with business strategy implications. Analyze technology trends to identify markets for future product development or to improve sales of existing products. Act as a SME to support solutioning efforts for our internal teams and clients. Perform other duties as needed. Preferred Qualifications
Master's in Data Sciences Ability to interpret data and apply visuals Certifications: MCSA: BI Reporting Knowledge of CDE and PMIS tools
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- A minimum of 5 years in development of dashboards
- Basic understanding of connecting to data and developing dashboards using Power BI
- Experience with converting business requirements into technical specifications and decide the timeline to accomplish tasks
- Understanding of business requirements in the PC tools context and design data models to convert raw data to meaningful insights
- Knowledge of database fundamentals such as multidimensional database design, relational database design, and more
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
- Sponsorship (visa) for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position
