In the role of Project Controls Technology Manager, we'll count on you to:
  • Support our clients' proactive efforts related to program and project controls, including but not limited to reporting, scheduling, cost, and risk management, using tools that provide reporting and visibility.

  • Develop and monitor project metrics, develop dashboards and collaboration sites to assist with project/program schedule monitoring and status communication to project/program management teams.

  • Generate standard or custom reports summarizing business, financial, or economic data for review by executives, managers, clients, and other stakeholders.

  • Maintain library of model documents, templates, or other reusable knowledge assets.

  • Create business intelligence tools or systems, including design of related databases, spreadsheets, or outputs.

  • Manage timely flow of business intelligence information to users.

  • Maintain or update business intelligence tools, databases, dashboards, systems, or methods.

  • Disseminate information regarding tools, reports, or metadata enhancements.

  • Provide technical support for existing reports, dashboards, or other tools.

  • Identify and analyze industry or geographic trends with business strategy implications.

  • Analyze technology trends to identify markets for future product development or to improve sales of existing products.

  • Act as a SME to support solutioning efforts for our internal teams and clients.

  • Perform other duties as needed.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's in Data Sciences

  • Ability to interpret data and apply visuals

  • Certifications: MCSA: BI Reporting

  • Knowledge of CDE and PMIS tools

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • A minimum of 5 years in development of dashboards
  • Basic understanding of connecting to data and developing dashboards using Power BI
  • Experience with converting business requirements into technical specifications and decide the timeline to accomplish tasks
  • Understanding of business requirements in the PC tools context and design data models to convert raw data to meaningful insights
  • Knowledge of database fundamentals such as multidimensional database design, relational database design, and more
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
  • Sponsorship (visa) for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position

The expected compensation range for this position is $97,020 - $138,600 annually depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
