A globally connected manufacturing organization is seeking a Content Creator, who can design and deliver impactful learning, job descriptions workflow processes for employees in a dynamic production/manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong manufacturing technical writing abilities, expertise with hands-on facilitation skills and the ability to collaborate with subject matter experts across a multilingual workforce. The right candidate will help shape training programs that improve process understanding, ensure compliance, and support operational excellence.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Develop and design training content for manufacturing processes in a multilingual environment
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to clarify procedures, standards, and operational workflows
• Support Learning Management System (LMS) functions including course deployment and tracking
• Ensure training materials support compliance, safety, and operational consistency
• Document processes and assist with technical writing for manufacturing or process documentation when needed

Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to quickly understand manufacturing processes and identify training solutions
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
• Experience working within a multilingual company training environment
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing or production setting

Hours and Pay:

• Full-time position
• Onsite role with the possibility of one hybrid day per week
• Salary based on experience (up to $40 per/hr.)
• Temporary-to-hire opportunity
