Partnering DSV - Global transport and logistics Location: Lancaster, TX Division:Air & Sea SUMMARY At DSV, the HR Specialist, Talent Acquisition, is responsible for supporting full cycle recruitment for blue and white collar high-volume positions across the organization. This role partners Senior Talent Acquisition Specialists, P&O Business Partners, and operational leaders to deliver effective, compliant, and timely recruitment solutions. The HR Specialist will manage candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination, ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are representative of those that may be required to successfully perform the essential functions of this role. The position requires the ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time while managing recruiting systems, candidate communications, and reporting activities. Frequent use of a computer, phone, and other office equipment requiring hand and eye coordination is required. The role may also involve occasional standing, walking, or movement within an office or operational facility to collaborate with team members or attend meetings. The ability to focus, analyze information, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced recruiting environment is also necessary. WORK ENVIRONMENT Work is primarily performed in a professional office environment with frequent collaboration and interaction with HR, operations, and leadership teams. The role involves regular use of recruiting systems, communication platforms, and Microsoft Office tools to manage hiring processes and candidate communications. The position may occasionally require participation in job fairs, recruiting events, or visits to operational sites to support hiring initiatives and strengthen recruiting partnerships. Noise levels are consistent with those typically found in a professional office environment. Normal working hours for this position are Monday - Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, however, working beyond these hours will be required by business needs. For this position, the expected base pay range is $23.27 - $33.66 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors, including relevant experience, skills, education or certifications, and geographic location, consistent with applicable laws and company policy.
