SAFETY SYSTEMS & ANALYTICS ADMINISTRATOR McGough is seeking a Safety Systems & Analytics Administrator to support the Safety Department through coordination of training initiatives, administration of safety technology platforms, and delivery of actionable safety data insights. This role strengthens the infrastructure behind our safety programs by ensuring systems are optimized, reporting is accurate, and performance metrics are clear and meaningful. The position connects field safety operations with corporate functions, helping transform data into practical insight that drives proactive risk reduction and continuous improvement. Working closely with Safety leadership, Operations, HR, Marketing, and IT, this individual ensures that safety programs are supported by reliable systems, measurable outcomes, and consistent communication. OFFICE AND TRAVEL: This is a low-travel position that is based out of McGough's HQ in Roseville, MN. Occasional in-town travel and limited overnight travel may be required. Periodic jobsite visits may be necessary to understand field operations and support training or system implementation. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The physical requirements listed here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Position involves sitting for extended periods of time at employee's workstation and during meetings.
