The Distribution Team Lead performs, supports, and oversees various routine, repetitive and administrative tasks within the Distribution Center to include receiving, put-away, storing, inventory management, re-warehousing, replenishing, picking, kitting, auditing, inspection, packing, and shipping of finished goods. Monitor and ensure accurate and timely processing of shipments and responses within defined service levels, compliant with safety and quality standards, internal and external procedures, and policies

How You'll Make An Impact:



  • Ensures all activities are properly executed within specified quality and service levels, while adhering to internal/external policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Subject matter expert and primary Trainer for all tasks related to Distribution activities.
  • Provides guidance and mentorship to and Distribution Support Specialists and advises management on associate performance and development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders (Global Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing, RA/QA/QC, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Finance and Transportation) to optimize the supply chain.
  • Works to achieve an environment free of safety hazards and improper ergonomic conditions while driving employee commitment to work safe daily.
  • Ensure individuals and team consistently achieve or exceed all performance metrics.
  • Supports root cause analysis and countermeasures for CAPA/QN investigations.
  • Supports daily scheduling of frontline staff to maximize productivity potential.
  • Participates and leads A3 problem solving activities.
  • Other Duties as assigned.


What You Bring:



  • Education: High School diploma and preferably an associate degree.
  • Work Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a distribution / warehouse environment. Previous experience leading teams preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Demonstrated Safety and Quality first mindset.
  • Experience using RFID equipment.
  • Ability to work in hot or cold warehouse environments, lift up to 50 lbs., sit, stand and walk for long periods of time.


Location: This position must be based in Richmond, California and requires the employee to be located within commuting distance of the office.

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $62,200 to $85,500 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
