Unit Director Community Health Initiatives and Operational Partners NURSING ADMINISTRATION Full Time 88460BR Job Summary With the assistance of subordinate leaders and community partnerrs the Unit director of Community Health initiatives and partnerships Designs and oversees nursing and administrative operations in the Roving Community Health initiative the Gender Institute and the Hyperbaric Center at UCSF Hyde. maintains clinical oversight, drives quality improvement initiatives, and ensures regulatory compliance while leveraging data analytics to monitor performance outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement. This role leads evidence-based practice implementation, proactively addresses quality and safety trends through course correction strategies, and partners with interdisciplinary teams to foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and excellence. The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. The salary range for this position is $253,900 - $269,400 (Annual Rate).
