PURPOSE OF POSITION

Responsible for the performance of allJTAC and JTAC-related supportworkfor CTIandMilTrainII JVon all contract matters relating to the daily execution of the MQ-9ATScontract

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education:Vocational or other post-high school training.

Training and Experience:Minimumsix(6) years'experienceas a certified JTAC.Previously qualified JTAC Instructor.Post Sept 11, 2001,deployment experience.Fully understand all aspects of supportrequiredin this PWS.Experience operating military radios and air-to-ground operation equipment. Understanding of Theater Air Control Systems (TACS) and Army Ground Systems (AGS).

General Skills:Mustpossesshighly developed organizational, planning, and management writing skills, oral communication skills, project management skills, ability to scheduleworkflow, prioritize, delegate, meet deadlines, and be multi-task oriented.Must have a valid USdriver'slicense and acceptable driving record.

Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel,PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Security Clearance: Mustmaintaina "Secret" level security clearance.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES




  • Manage dynamic teams in field conditions





  • Ability to communicateclearly with geographically separated leadership





  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work





  • Conduct procedurally correct Close Air Support (CAS) missionsin accordance withJP 3-09.3, JFIRE, and other related TTP's





  • Operate motor vehicles





  • Perform console operator duties asrequired





  • Operate militaryradiosand other military equipment to communicate with aircrews





  • Participate in OPFOR events





  • Role-play agencies and assets asrequired





  • Participate in CAS, Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR), and otherevents asrequired




SUPERVISORY/MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITY

Supervise JTAC support team consisting of a JTAC Team Lead, JTAC Training Specialists, andPerformance Techniciansat Hancock AFB.

Salary

Hourly rate for this position is $66.74
