PURPOSE OF POSITION

Tomaintainan accurateand workable schedule for the squadrons.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education:Vocational or other post-high school training.

Training and Experience:Experience working in a dynamic, high-stress environment.Ability to prioritize conflicting requests.

Desired Experience:Experience withaircraftand weapon system scheduling.

General Skills:Must be able to handle multiple tasks, be aself-starter, flexible in work assignments, detail-oriented, highly organized,possessgood interpersonal and written communication skills, and work under limited supervision.

Computer Skills:Familiaritywith normal government software and hardware. Familiarity with FAX and email.Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Security Clearance:Current security clearance of "Secret"or above.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES




  • Determineflight, ground, and simulator scheduling requirements for upgrade, initial qualification, requalification,transition, currency, and continuation training based on syllabus requirements, student progression, weather, equipment, andrange availability, and commander-directed programs.





  • Schedule students and instructors for academics, MQ-9 Simulators, and flying events in Patriot Excalibur (PEX) and TMS.





  • Attend 174 ATKW Operations/Maintenance weekly meetings.





  • Build weekly flying schedule shell.





  • Build weekly MQ-9 Simulator schedule





  • Coordinate with several outside agencies such as NEADs (airspace), JTAC contractor, ASOS units (JTAC), and 432ndScheduling (RSO) to ensure that mission needs are met.





  • De-conflict daily and weekly combat and FTU schedules to ensureappropriate allocationof resources.





  • Provide daily schedule via email to students, instructors, and other applicable unit members.





  • Coordinate support requirements (e.g., JTACs) necessary tofacilitatedesired training.





  • Perform other incidental and related duties asrequiredand assigned.




Salary:

Hourly rate for this position is $43.65 plus $9.96 health and welfare
