RQI Specialist I

Position Overview:

Join our team as an RQI Specialist I and play a
key role in supporting our lifesaving mission! You'll be responsible for
configuring, refurbishing, and shipping RQI (Resuscitation Quality Improvement)
systems and equipment to meet customer needs. This hands-on position is ideal
for someone who enjoys technical work, logistics, and making a difference in
healthcare.

Responsibilities:

• Configure RQI systems, including updating and loading software on PCs
• Refurbish manikins and laptops to company standards
• Manage inventory and process work orders using QAD
• Coordinate shipments of refurbished units based on service orders
• Support
  product repairs and returns (RMA) as needed

Pay Rate:

• $15.50/hr.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday
• 7:00am-3:30pm

Requirements:

• Ability
  to utilize standard policies and procedures related to the position
• Ability
  to follow safety practices and principles
• Ability
  to utilize MS Office software effectively.
• Ability
  to set-up and manipulate software installations
• Must
  be able to work under short timelines and pressure while maintaining
  delivery demands.
• Ability
  to prioritize and plan work activities and use time efficiently
• Willing
  and able to adapt to changes in the work environment; manage demands in
  connection with delays or unexpected events.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• High School Diploma
