Weekly Work Hours 40Compensation Range Staff Range N06Salary Minimum $66,900.00 AnnuallyFLSA United States of America (Exempt)Position Type Staff Job SummaryThe Instructional Designer - FIPSE Grant Funded position provides consultation and support for instructional design strategies, assessment, technologyenhanced learning, and distributed learning materials. This role is part of Dallas College's AIEnabled Teaching and Learning Initiative, funded by the U.S. Department of Education's Fund for the Improvement of Postsecondary Education (FIPSE). The position supports faculty across multiple disciplines in integrating AI literacy, emerging technologies, and researchbased pedagogy into curriculum and instructional practice. The position is fully funded by the FIPSE grant from January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2029, and continuation beyond this period is contingent upon additional funding.
