Title: Program Management Intern Location: Pascagoula, MS Position Overview: Bollinger is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Program Management Intern for a full-time, on-site summer internship at our Pascagoula facility. This opportunity is ideal for students pursuing a degree in STEM, or a related field, who are eager to apply their academic knowledge in a professional, real-world environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in coordinating subcontractor support to engineering and production. Support the management of BMS and subcontractor schedules. Review subcontracts to determine if payment milestones have been met for subcontractors. Study business process flow and sequence of operations to identify optimization opportunities. Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain routine records and manage databases, ensuring accurate data input and reporting. Assist in preparing reports, research materials, and presentations. Shadow multiple office positions and gain experience in a variety of tasks related to industrial engineering and operations. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, environmental policies, and quality system principles. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Education: Currently a enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in STEM or related field Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in design, allowing students to develop industry-relevant skills, expand their professional network, and contribute meaningfully to Bollinger's Engineering department.
