Pay: 32.00 per hour contract to hire

Required: BS Degree in Human Resources / HRIS / MS Excel

Partner with HR Business Partners and site leadership to support workforce planning, and HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Provide guidance to employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and employment practices.

Support the implementation of talent development, engagement, and performance management initiatives.

Participate in organizational initiatives such as onboarding programs, employee development activities, and workforce engagement efforts.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws as well as company HR policies and procedures.

Maintain accurate employee records within HRIS systems and ensure documentation meets internal and regulatory requirements.

Review employee change documentation, ensuring proper approvals and accuracy of information.

Coordinate onboarding and employee lifecycle activities in partnership with crossfunctional teams.

Assist with HR audits and compliance reviews to ensure proper documentation and regulatory adherence.

Provide HR operational support including employee movement transactions, onboarding activities, and HR reporting.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist with implementation of HR best practices across the site.
