Job Summary: As the Player's Buffet Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the front-of-house operations of buffet, including seating, station arrangements, staffing and cleanliness of the dining room. Optimizes profit by controlling labor cost. Ensure guest satisfaction by consistently providing excellent quality service. Perform any reasonable, temporarily assigned job duties outside the position's job description, where in the Company's judgment, those duties are necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity, or guest service. Assists with menu development and implementation as well as ordering (requisition) and inventory for the department. This position's wage is $56,250. Essential Functions:
