We are currently seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a dedicated home health team serving patients throughout the Denver area. In this role, you will work closely with a licensed Physical Therapist to provide personalized rehabilitation services to adult patients in their homes. Your work will focus on helping individuals improve mobility, regain physical strength, and safely return to their daily routines.

This position offers the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with patients while delivering one-on-one care in a comfortable home setting. The ideal candidate is organized, patient-focused, and able to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with the supervising therapist and interdisciplinary healthcare team.

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will implement treatment plans designed by a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients recover from injuries, surgeries, illnesses, or chronic conditions that affect mobility and physical function. You will monitor patient progress, provide therapeutic exercises and interventions, and educate patients and caregivers on strategies to support recovery and prevent further injury.

This role requires strong clinical skills, accurate documentation practices, and the ability to manage patient visits efficiently while maintaining high-quality care standards.
