Position Overview
NRI Staffing's client is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to oversee home health services and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. This role is responsible for supervising clinical staff, coordinating patient care services, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and agency policies. The Clinical Manager will work closely with leadership and clinical teams to maintain effective operations and quality patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and support home health clinical staff and patient care services
* Coordinate interdisciplinary care to ensure effective patient treatment plans
* Oversee hiring, onboarding, and performance management of clinical personnel
* Ensure compliance with federal, state, and regulatory requirements
* Support the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
* Monitor quality assurance and participate in quality management initiatives
* Review patient records to ensure proper documentation and compliance
* Investigate and resolve patient care issues, incidents, or concerns
* Serve as a resource and support for clinical staff and healthcare providers
* Participate in staff meetings, care conferences, and training programs
