Great Hill is seeking an Agreements Coordinator to provide coordination, tracking, and administrative oversight of various agreements and documentation for upcoming work with the Armed Services Blood Program (ASBP) Business Office.

This position ensures that all agreements are properly developed, reviewed, tracked, and maintained in accordance with Defense Health Agency (DHA) and other federal policy requirements.

Key Responsibilities



  • Draft, review, and coordinate MOAs, MOUs, Inter-Service Support Agreements (ISSAs), and other partnership documents.
  • Facilitate coordination among Service components, military treatment facilities (MTFs), donor centers, and external partners.
  • Ensure agreement language aligns with DHA policy, DoD regulations, and ASBP operational requirements.
  • Maintain a centralized agreements tracking system with milestone dates, renewal timelines, and approval status.
  • Maintain version control and document retention in accordance with records management requirements.
  • Support internal compliance reviews and audit readiness efforts
  • Provide briefings to ASBPD leadership on related needs
  • Recommend improvements to agreement templates, tracking tools, and workflow processes.


Required Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Healthcare Administration, Legal Studies, or related field.
  • 3-7 years of experience in agreement coordination, contract administration, or federal program support.
  • Experience working in a DoD, DHA, or federal healthcare environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with MOAs, MOUs, ISSAs, or interagency agreements.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Teams).
  • Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Knowledge of Military Health System (MHS) operations.
  • Experience supporting medical logistics or blood program operations.
  • Familiarity with DoD fiscal law considerations impacting support agreements.
  • Experience supporting senior-level executive briefings.
