What this job involves:

As a Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating multiple interconnected projects and initiatives to deliver transformational outcomes that drive strategic value for our clients. What your day-to-day will look like:

Strategic program delivery: Leading complex, multi-faceted programs encompassing multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and delivering measurable business value within scope, timeline, and budget parameters.

Multi-program management and client reporting: Running multiple programs simultaneously while maintaining comprehensive oversight of all deliverables. Preparing and presenting monthly reports to clients that detail program progress, performance metrics, milestones achieved, budget status, and upcoming initiatives. Serving as the primary point of contact for client program-related communications.

Facilities partner coordination: Collaborating closely with other facilities partners, and service providers to ensure seamless program execution. Facilitating regular coordination meetings, aligning schedules and resources across multiple workstreams, and maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external facilities teams.

Cross-functional leadership: Managing diverse project teams across multiple disciplines and geographies, fostering collaboration between various stakeholders, vendors, and internal departments to achieve program objectives.

Stakeholder governance: Establishing and maintaining program governance structures, conducting executive steering committee meetings, and providing strategic guidance to senior leadership on program status, risks, and opportunities.

Risk and change management: Identifying program-level risks and dependencies, developing comprehensive mitigation strategies, and leading organizational change management efforts to ensure successful program adoption.

Performance optimization: Establishing program metrics and KPIs, conducting regular performance reviews, and implementing process improvements to enhance program effectiveness and organizational capabilities.

Strategic planning: Collaborating with senior leadership to develop long-term program roadmaps, conducting feasibility assessments for new initiatives, and ensuring program alignment with business strategy.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in program or project management, with at least 1-3 years managing complex, multi-project programs in the real estate, construction, or related industries.

  • Proficiency in program management software and enterprise project management platforms, including Microsoft Office and Smartsheet

  • Strong knowledge of program management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices

  • Communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders and diverse audiences.

  • Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships across multiple organizations and time zones.

  • Advanced analytical and strategic thinking skills, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent programs and optimize resource allocation.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Professional certification in program management preferred

  • Experience leading digital transformation or organizational change initiatives in a global, matrixed environment.

  • Expertise in advanced program management tools, data analytics platforms, and digital collaboration technologies.

  • High-level problem-solving and strategic decision-making capabilities, with experience in crisis management and complex issue resolution.

  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments while maintaining program momentum and stakeholder confidence.

  • Track record of developing program management capabilities and mentoring other project and program managers.

Estimated compensation for this position:

90,100.00 - 106,700.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
