Job Summary:
Collaborates with faculty and staff to support the development of instructional programs. Applies learning theory and instructional design models in the consultation, selection, and application of educational methodologies and technologies to promote active learning, refine critical thinking, and increase learner success. Configures, integrates, administers, and provides advanced and varied consultation, project management, and operational support of highly complex applications or services with a large number of users. As a member of the UW-Madison Interprofessional Continuing Education Partnership (ICEP), the School of Medicine and Public Health Office of Continuing Professional Development (OCPD) delivers accredited continuing education planned by, for, and with the healthcare team. We are seeking a ICEP Educational Support and Technology Administrator who thrives at the intersection of digital innovation, systems management, and adult learning science. This position is primarily focused on the technical infrastructure and operational excellence of our educational offerings, with approximately 40-50% of the role dedicated to the administration, troubleshooting, and strategic implementation of learning technologies. Compensation:The expected salary range for this position is $68,176 up to $80,000 for highly experienced candidates and actual pay within this range will depend on experience and qualifications.
