Desired Skills and Experience Familiarity with the product development lifecycle (PDL)-including supply chain, engineering, or design Experience using Smartsheet or similar project management tools Experience influencing business leaders and managing stakeholder alignment Ability to understand and evaluate financial implications of project decisions Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously Demonstrated experience leading product development or similar cross-functional projects Doing better for people and planet Steelcase is a global design and thought leader in the world of work.
