Rize Credit Union is looking for a Marketing Data Analyst to join our team and help uncover trends that drive member engagement, product growth, and strategic decision-making. This is a Temporary position About the Role:* As a Marketing Data Analyst, you'll work closely with marketing, product, and technology teams to analyze member behavior, evaluate product performance, and identify opportunities to strengthen member relationships. In this role, you'll transform complex data into clear insights that support marketing strategy, product development, and member engagement initiatives. What You'll Be Doing: Analyze member engagement and product penetration data to identify trends in product adoption, usage patterns, lifecycle engagement, and cross-sell opportunities Evaluate product performance and portfolio health by identifying underperforming, declining, and high-growth products Translate complex analytics into clear insights and actionable recommendations to support strategic decision-making Quantify opportunities to increase products per household, deepen member engagement, and improve retention metrics Partner with IT to develop dashboards, visualizations, and repeatable reporting frameworks that support ongoing engagement tracking Who You Are: Analytical and curious, with a strong ability to interpret data and identify meaningful trends Comfortable translating complex information into clear insights and recommendations Detail-oriented and organized, with strong problem-solving skills Interested in marketing analytics, product performance, and member engagement strategies Experience with data analysis tools, dashboards, or business intelligence platforms is a plus Why Join Rize? In accordance with California's Pay Transparency Act, the expected hourly pay range for this role at Rize Federal Credit Union is $32.00-$40.00/hourly. Actual compensation is determined by experience, education, skills, internal equity, and other job-related factors. As part of the hiring process, candidates who receive a contingent offer will undergo a background investigation, which may include employment verification, credit review, criminal records search, Social Security verification, and government registry checks.
