Job Overview Title: Quality Systems Administrator Reports to: Quality Manager Location: Kent, WA - onsite Type: Non-Exempt, Full-Time Schedule Type: *100% Onsite: Monday - Friday day shift. Ability to work overtime as needed - including occasional weekend support. Hytek production is open 24 hours per day. All shifts are as follows: 1st shift (Monday - Friday, 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.), 2nd shift (Monday - Friday, 2:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.), 3rd shift (Sunday - Friday, 10:00 p.m. - 6:30 a.m.) Position Summary The Quality Systems Administrator supports the operation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) for Hytek Finishes. Responsibilities include administering document control and overseeing calibration activities, supporting internal audits, and maintaining quality records. This role works closely with Quality Engineers and operational teams to ensure the organization meets customer, regulatory, and accreditation requirements. The ideal Candidate will be:

Essential Mental/Physical Demands Ability to sit in an office environment for long periods. Extensive use of hands in writing, computer and other office equipment. Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. on an occasional basis. Occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, and toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Occasionally exposed to wet/humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, chemical fumes, or airborne particles. Salary Range for position: $27.50 - $42.00. The pay range and total compensation package listed above is the expected pay offered for this position at the start of employment. Your pay will be based on multiple factors, including and not limited to your relevant experience level, and skillset while balancing internal equity relative to other employees.
