Job Summary: The Incentive Compensation Manager will lead the strategy, design, implementation, governance, and ongoing optimization of incentive compensation programs across multiple sales teams. This role is responsible for ensuring plans align with company objectives, drive the right behaviors, and are operationally sound and analytically rigorous. This leader will oversee the end-to-end incentive compensation process, including plan design, modeling, payout calculations, reporting, analytics, and system administration. The role will also evaluate and potentially lead the development or enhancement of an Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) system.
